• Money laundering or financing of illegal activities
• Distribution of spam, unsolicited advertising, or commercial exploitation
• Impersonation of individuals, organizations, or government entities
• Cryptojacking or unauthorized use of computing resources
• Denial of service attacks or network disruption

Violations may result in immediate termination of access, reporting to law enforcement authorities, and civil or criminal prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

3. User Responsibility and Acknowledgment

By accessing this service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for all actions taken and content transmitted through your use of this service
• You will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations
• You understand that anonymity does not grant legal immunity or protection from prosecution
• You are of legal age in your jurisdiction to access this service (18+ or age of majority)
• You will not use this service to violate the rights of others or infringe upon their privacy
• You accept full legal responsibility for the consequences of your actions

• Export control regulations (EAR, ITAR)
• Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act (CISA)
• Network and Information Security (NIS) Directive
• Local, state, national, and international statutes and regulations

This service does not authorize, condone, or encourage any activity that would violate such laws. Use of this service from jurisdictions where such use is illegal is prohibited.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the service operators, contributors, developers, affiliated parties, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising from or relating to:

• Your use or misuse of the service
• Your violation of these terms and conditions
• Your violation of any rights of any third party
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

Users should have no expectation of privacy when engaging in illegal activities. We will cooperate with all lawful requests from authorities.

10. Acceptable Use Policy

In addition to prohibited activities, users must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, networks, or user accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers without explicit permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any service components
• Circumvent any security features or access controls
• Transmit excessive amounts of data (flooding, spamming)
• Engage in cryptocurrency mining using service resources
• Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions or bans
• Share access credentials or accounts with unauthorized parties
• Collect or harvest information about other users without consent
• Use the service to host, store, or distribute illegal content
• Engage in activity that degrades service performance for others

11. Modifications to Terms and Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (in whole or in part) at any time without prior notice or liability. We also reserve the right to modify these terms at any time by posting updated terms on this page.

Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must discontinue use of the service immediately.

12. Termination and Access Restriction

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of these terms and conditions
• Suspected illegal activity or policy violations
• Requests by law enforcement or other government agencies
• Technical or security issues that pose risks
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Engaging in activity that harms other users or the service
• Violation of acceptable use policy
• Court orders or legal requirements

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of this service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of the service operators or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our service except as generally and ordinarily permitted through the service according to these terms.

14. International Use and Export Controls

This service is controlled and operated from specific jurisdictions and may not be appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. The service and related technology may be subject to export control laws and regulations.

You agree to:

• If under 18, you have parental/guardian supervision and approval

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in compliance with COPPA. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete that information immediately.

To maintain your security and privacy, we recommend:

• Keep your operating system and software up to date
• Use strong, unique passwords for all accounts
• Enable two-factor authentication where available
• Be cautious about what information you share
• Verify .onion addresses before accessing
